Symptoms most often appear during puberty and include:
bulletShort stature of men (157cm) and women (146cm).
bullet Abnormal ratio of extremities to one's trunk.
bulletSkin becomes thing, dry, and loses pigmentation.
bulletHair grays and eventually diminishes.
bulletUnderdeveloped sexual organs.
bulletSharpening and thinning of nose.
bulletOccasionally develop high-pitched or hoarse voices.
bulletCease of growth around age 14.
bulletOther symptoms that are common among aging (ulcers, cataracts, osteoporosis, etc).

Unfortunately there is currently no treatment in preventing this disorder.  Patients commonly expire around age 46 from malignant tumors or atherosclerosis.
