The Fats: Trans, Saturated, Monounsaturated, Polyunsaturated.

On the molecular level, the difference between these fats has to do with the placement of the hydrogen atoms. We look at three special locations on the fat, the fatty acids. This minescule difference in the shape of the fatty acids significantly change the physical effect It has on, or rather inside, your body; the worst results are produced by trans fat.
