Reflection

When I was first informed about the Biotech expo project, I wasn't sure what I'd do. I was positive that I didn't want to take a shot art, because my art level limited to drawing stickmen. I also didn't want to write write a paper, because I know how long and miserable those can be. I wanted to try something knew. After looking through the whole half-page of categories for biotech expo, it was love at first site. I knew from that point on that I would create a website.

To be honest, one of the reasons I chose to make a website is because I thought it would be a lot easier than the other categories; Just a little bit of cutting and pasting and I'd have a terrific website. Boy was I wrong! I used the program Dreamweaver which did make the project a whole lot easier, but there was still a lot of work involved (i.e. creating the hyperlinks to connect the webpages at least 100 times). It got quite frustrating at times because I couldn't get some graphics to work out, or a link to work, but in the end, I think it turned out fine.

I found this project really helpful to me as a person, and hopefully other people will find it informative and eyeopening to. I am a little bit of a health nut and I watch everything I eat. Around this time las year I read an article about trans fat saying that it was absolutely terrible for consumption. As time went on I kept hearing more terrible things about trans fat. After a little research I realized how terrible trans fat was. Despite this, I see so many individuals come into McDonalds and eat there daily. I always wondered why (I work part-time at McDonalds). I've always wanted to inform people what they are doing to their bodies when they consume fast food, and this website gives me that opportunity.
