Now that you have down the facts, let's hear it from someone who has diabetes.

 

For this project, I interviewed Mrs. Erin Turner and Mr. Raul Miranda. Mrs. Turner has type 1 diabetes and Mr. Miranda has type 2 diabetes.

1. How and when did you find out that you had diabetes?

2. What were your first thoughts after being diagnosed with diabetes?

3. Do you have a family history of diabetes? What do you think may have caused it?
