Bob Ennes
Since June of 2010, Bob has served as Interim Director and then the Director of Finance and Administration for Health Science Administration. In this position, his role includes financial and administrative oversight of many branches of the University of Washington, including the Washington National Primate Research Center, UW Office of Animal Welfare, UW Environmental Health & Safety, Hall Health, as well as the UW Center on UW Development and Disability. Since November of 2008, Bob has also been the Director of Health Sciences Academic Services and Facilities. In this capacity, he is responsible for the management of nine service groups providing various services in the Health Sciences community at the UW. In addition, he is in charge of overall Facilities Management at the UW Health Sciences Center, Foege Building, and South Campus Center. This includes approximately 3.7 million feet of mostly research lab space.
Bob also serves on numerous University Committees, and is the Chair of the UW Infectious Waste Committee, Group 4 Health & Safety Committee, South Campus Transportation Committee, and the Health Sciences Business Continuity Committee. He is also an active member of the Society for College and University Planning.
Bob grew up in Sequim, WA, and graduated from the University of Washington in 1984 with a BA in Political Science.
