NAMETAGS: Please enter your name, degree(s), title and institution exactly as you would like them to appear on your nametag. Registration is limited to 135 people. There will be no on-site registration or transfers *Refunds are unavailable after Feb 1.

TICKETS: Please bring a printed event ticket with you for check in at the registration desk February 24, 2014 at Bell Harbor Conference Center Harbor Room. Call if you didn't receive one. NOTE* there are NO REFUNDS after February 1, 2014.

PARKING:  Parking is located at the Elliot Avenue Entrance across the street from the Conference Center. It is beneath the Seattle Art Institute and is connected via 4th floor skybridge to the meeting area.  http://bellharbor.com/directions.php

(3) Vendor displays the day of the conference are near the entry/foyer and around the perimeter of the Harbor Room, site of all conference sessions.  DAY OF Setup for ALL Sponsors is at 6:30am February 24th, with breakdown by 4:30pm. Some conference attendees will be arriving for registration by 6:45am, with the bulk between 7-9am. You will find your company label marking your 6-foot skirted designated table when you arrive.
